NOTE: In this story, I will be portraying Green with his Pokémon Adventures (Pokémon Special in Japan) manga personality. So, you won't be seeing any Gary/Green Motherf*cking Oak. Enjoy!
You ran away, crying, from your house. Your cousin was roaring drunk, insulting you. His hurtful words echoed within your head. 'Ugly,' 'worthless,' 'stupid.' These words had haunted you for your entire life, as your parents were never home and left your horrid cousin to look after you.
You ran, not thinking about where you were going. Your legs had unintentionally taken you to your friend Green's house. He was sitting on his porch when you ran over to him, throwing yourself into his arms.
"[Name]? Why are you crying?" He asked evenly. Green was the most calm and poised person you knew, but you hardly payed attention to that now. You choked trying to get the words out of your throat. "It was your cousin, wasn't it." Green said darkly, yet his face remained expressionless. Without any warning, he scooped you up and went to his back yard.
Green climbed up a tree, while managing to haul your body up as well. He had taken you to a treehouse that his grandfather built when he was younger. "What did your cousin say?" He asked, once you had settled down somewhat.
"He told me I was ugly, a waste of space, and that no one would ever love me." You said. And you believed him. You knew there were far more attractive people in the world, and people who were important. Most of all, you believed no one would ever love you. There may be many fish in the sea, but you thought you were just an ugly Feebas.
"Forget about your cousin for a moment. Look out into the sky." He told me. You obeyed, and you saw the sun setting. The blue sky was mixing with the orange light of the sunlit horizon, creating a deep pinkish-purple. The clouds seemed to glow, taking on the color of the sky. The rays of the sun turned your hair into a light gold color. "It's beautiful." You whispered, completely mesmerized.
You dangled your legs over the edge of the wooden treehouse. The wind blew a fragrant breeze that smelled like grass and flowers in your direction. It stirred the branches in the tree, causing the leaves to rustle quietly. It was a cool breeze, so you shivered. You were wearing only a tank top, shorts and flip flops.
A strong arm wrapped around your waist. Green drew you closer to his body, which was much warmer than yours. You blushed, embarrassed yet oddly exhilarated by his touch. You had a crush on him, but you stayed away because Blue was always near him. "G-Green." You stammer. He turned to face you silently, the look on his face unreadable. "Yes?" Green asked.
"I thought you were with- you liked Blue. She's always around you." You said. A tiny hint of a smile tugged at the corners of his lips. "No. Maybe she likes me. I don't know. She's my friend, but that's it." He replied.
"I do like someone, though. And I think she likes me back." Green said. You instantly got curious and jealous at the same time. "Who? Yellow? Crystal?" You guessed. He shook his head, a small laugh escaping him. "Oh, no. None of the people you're thinking about." He said.
"I'm stumped, then." You gave up, defeated. Another small chuckle. "She's right here, enjoying the sunset with me." You froze, looking up to him. Did he just say that? "W-what?" You asked.
"I said, she's sitting right here, watching the sunset with me." Green said. He leaned forward and kissed your lips, and you melted. You kissed back, and you felt his lips curve upwards when you did so. They were cool, firm, and soft, and your lips molded in perfectly with his. You wrapped your thin arms around his muscular yet lean body.
He released you too soon for your liking, but you went with it. "That felt good." You laughed, leaning your head against his shoulder. He held you closer to him, as the two of you watched the sky darken. Stars began to show up like silver dots on a black canvas. He pressed his lips your forehead gently, but that wasn't enough for you. You kissed him this time, your arms around his neck.
"Green, I love you." You said softly. He held you closer, until you could feel his warm breath tickle your ear. "I love you too, [Name]." He whispered. Both of you sat there in silence, watching the moon rise. The silver light flickered, hiding behind a cloud but would come out for a while, then hide again.
"It's amazing, how nature can do this." You murmured, breathing in the fresh, crisp air. "But, its beauty will never surpass yours. I don't care what anyone else says." Green said, kissing you again. You admired the night sky with your new boyfriend until the two of you fell asleep.
Sometimes, you need to stop worrying about the things that don't matter, and focus more on the simpler, beautiful things.

Green X Reader - Annoyance
Green X Reader: Annoyance
“Hey, thanks for coming over. I know you have gym leader duties and all, but… Thank you so much for taking the time to come over.” You exclaimed. “No problem. Besides, its been quite a long time since I’ve came over.” Green replied, glancing over to you. “Y-Yeah.”
You picked up your cup of tea, taking a sip. Placing the cup back down onto the delicate glass table, you started to talk to the brunette in front of you. “So, how’s the gym?” You asked, deciding to use the question to break the ice.” “Okay, I guess.” Green replied, not ela

Wedding receptions weren't really your thing.
Cheek-pinching, asking-if-you-have-a-boyfriend-yet, embarrassing-story-telling relatives that you'd hardly talked to were there. Stuffy dresses, cheesy music, and long speeches? You swore your wedding would be much better than the ones you were used to.
At least the food was good, right?
The whole place was filled with adults laughing about boring adult things like politics and none of the kids were your age-- they ran around screaming a

A/N: It's cheesy. Again. But he's adorable, so it's alright. Hope this isn't too OOC.
You peeked your head in the room to see the sick boy curled up in a ball on his bed.
"Greeeeeeen!~" You sang softly.
He mumbled something incoherently.
"What?"
"I said, did gramps let you in?"
"Yes," You laughed, "And I brought you stuff!"
He turned to face you, hair messy and eyes tired, but still as cute as ever.
"Medicine first!" You chimed, pulling out a bottle as he groaned.
"Can't it be a pill?"
"No, stop being a baby. I made you your favourite strawberry smoothie to go with it!"
He grumbled then nearly gagged at the
